- Competition open to UK residents only over the age of 18, except employees of Air Canada and Berghaus, their families, agents or anyone connected with this competition.
- Entries must be received by midday on 30TH December 2012.
- There is only one prize. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition.
- By entering, all entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by an entrant will void their entry. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry.
- The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost or damaged.
- Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
- Only one entry per person. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
- The prize includes: Flights with Air Canada to Toronto from London Heathrow returning from Toronto to London, 13 nights’ accommodation in several locations across the Province. Accommodation is based on two adults sharing on a room-only basis. All subject to availability.
- The prize also includes £1000 worth of Berghaus kit.
- The prize must be taken between 03 May and 14 October 2013. The prize is subject to availability and excludes bank holidays and school holidays and date restrictions may apply. All other costs and expenses associated with the holiday, including travel insurance, shall be the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, all necessary visas, and adequate travel and medical insurance.
- By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
- By entering, entrants agree to receiving further information from Ontario Tourism and Berghaus.
- The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.
- Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winner will be contacted via email the first week of January , 2013, by Ontario Tourism.
